You must be at least 18 years old to use Carmilla AI.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
When using Carmilla AI, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Generate, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content (especially involving minors).
Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App.
Carmilla AI may include optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable laws.
The App enables users to interact with AI and generate content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create or share while using the App.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use non-personalized content to operate, improve, and maintain the App.
AI-generated content is automated and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reliable. You use it at your own risk.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Carmilla AI at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in prohibited conduct.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted in the App, and continued use after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
